STATIC LOCATIONS are places that remain accessible to your characters regardless of the setting changes. This also includes the PLAYER HOUSING. These places may change their names and/or exteriors, but remain the same type of buildings.

♢ THE INFORMATION HUB The Info Hub is where all new residents will appear! It will always look the same and there will always be some kind of body of water nearby. JERRY runs the info hub and is always happy to provide information. He is also the one that will give you your welcome packet and brochure. |

♢ THE POLICE DEPARTMENT The finest law enforcement team any location has seen. This location may change depending on the reality, but will always be there in some fashion. Just a quick phone-call and they'll be there within minutes. Very friendly, very patient, always willing to lend a helping hand. |

♢ THE FIRE DEPARTMENT Located to the left of the Police Department, and the right of the Memorial Hospital. Not only are the brave men and women of the fire department excellent at their job, but their once a month cook-offs are the talk of the town and everyone is invited. They also do donut sales on the weekend, so get your orders in by Wednesday, and there is a Wall of Shame with photographs of all the cats they've rescued from the trees of many locations. |

♢ THE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL For all your emergency care needs, and your basic doctors visits, too. This place has three floors, is always clean and the staff is very friendly indeed. And you're pretty sure the nurse helping you is one you may have seen out and about the many locations of Fluxscape. |

♢ SCHOOL (K-12) The School runs Pre-K to 12th grade. Fluxscape always offers some the best learning opportunities around. GT classes are available for particularly bright students! |

This place is entirely run by NPCs. At present there are no jobs open, but NPCs won't say no to people coming to take care of their own animals. Not that they won't do it for you, but a certain level of responsibility is expected of those who house their animals there.
Should you not come regularly to feed and care for your animals, the owners of The Stables will send you daily reminders by letter to come care for your animal. You will also notice a higher charge for keeping an animal there. You get a discount if you come to take care of your animal.
Mystic Ink:
Run by a man known simply as The Mystic, this place is here for all your body modification needs. Want a new piercing? He's got you, and will recommend the best jewelry for the job. Want a fancy tattoo? He's the guy to go to, his steady hands creating expert lines and details in his work.
Even better, if you don't know what you want but you know you want something, he'll sit with you and get to know you and come up with a tattoo that is, somehow, magically perfect.
And should you be concerned that your rapid healing would ruin a tattoo, don't worry. The Mystic has ink designed just for that situation.
There are also inks that change colors under your skin, inks that glow in the dark, and even inks that can be used in enchanted tattoos that will act like homing devices to find your loved ones.
His prices are reasonable, his patience unending, and he's probably the calmest person in town.
