HOUSING

While the appearance of your homes may change, the general locations will not, unless setting or plot relevant. So this is where you come to tell us what housing you'd like. You can make up your own. It could be a character's home from their universe (And no, this will not count as an item from home. The dimension is just being nice.) Or, you can choose from the housing options below.

Please note: If your character is going to live with someone else, make sure all parties involved were contacted and permission given. Mods will check.

♦ WAVERING ROAD APARTMENTS
There are five floors, six apartments per floor. Each apartment comes with two bedrooms. All apartments are fully furnished and come with a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchens have an island in the middle, the cabinets are fully stocked with food and cooking equipment and the refrigerator is stuffed full, too. There is a clubhouse/gym behind the apartments and a large pool where the water is always just right. There are also small grills and picnic tables around the pool.

Please comment below with what apartment you're taking. If you're sharing an apartment, just make sure to let us know that all parties are okay with it.

♦ HONEYWELL ARMS (NORTH)
This apartment complex stands on the outskirts of the city. Away from the noise and crowd enough where there is some peace and quiet to it. And the design is interesting. And from the appearances of it, it looks like someone took an old fortress and refurbished it. It's painted white with a dark brown roof and all of the windows have brown shutters. There's even a drawbridge that remains down over a man-made river that flows gently, various fish swimming inside it as they weave around the water lilies and other aquatic plants inside. Do not fish here, the police will show up within minutes.

And it's a gated community, too, meaning should you get one of the apartments inside, you'll get a keycard instead of an actual key, and you'll discover your keycard has your picture on it. The front doors of each building have an intercom system with video, meaning any guests that you have come by can type in your apartment number and you'll get a buzz on your FluxPhone along with a live video of who is trying to visit you. From there, it's just a push of the button to talk to them or let them in.

Four connected buildings with a huge courtyard in the middle containing a pool, tennis courts, picnic area with barbeque pits and meat smokers and behind the building is the Honeywell Dog Park. You have to live at the Honeywell to use it, or at least be accompanied by a resident.

The buildings are four floors each and each side is marked North, South, East and West. This makes your address a little strange, but hopefully, this clears it up a bit.

The apartments are decently sized, too. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms to each, you might find yourself with roommates. Don't worry. They're spacious as heck. There'll be room. Each apartment has a balcony off of the living room, facing over the inner courtyard. And if you're on the first floor, it's a gated patio. Your keycard works on these first floor patio doors.

There is a concierge in the lobby to greet you warmly and to notify you if any packages have arrived, or if your groceries are awaiting you. And if you did happen to order groceries, he'll have them waiting safely in dry storage and a large fridge/freezer. Any other packages will be waiting in the mailroom. You'll find a key to its particular holding bin in your mailbox, right to the left of the lobby.

♦ PLAYER HOUSING
For all other housing, feel free to come up with a description below. We'll add it to the list above. Please remember, while the pocket dimension is okay with adding your home from your universe, do not expect it to have everything you remember. Appliances will still be the same, but decorations will be missing, as will a lot of your personal items like clothing, entertainment and vehicles.

♢ BEACH HOUSE
ADDRESS: 607 Divine Crescent
RESIDENTS: Tandy Bowen, Ty Johnson
DESCRIPTION: A nice, cozy beach house.
♢ HOME
ADDRESS: 1962 Leedit Circle
RESIDENTS: Gwen Stacy, Miles Morales, Jessica Jones, Eli "Hawk" Moskowitz, Sam LaRusso
DESCRIPTION: Look at it! This four bedroom, two and a half bathroom, three story house has all of the latest appliances in the kitchen, living areas and laundry room. The top floor is attic space, the floor below that is the bedrooms. Each set of bedrooms has a bathroom between them, so that's two bedrooms with one bathroom dead center. The main floor has a kitchen with dining room and a large living room. The living room is where the half bathroom can be found. The whole house is fully furnished! The basement is finished and comes with a bar (no alcohol, sorry), a smaller living-room and off of that is the laundry-room. There are closets throughout the house. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. The garage could potentially house two cars and you can get into the kitchen from the garage. There's a large wrap-around porch, a huge fenced in back yard with a gas grill and stone patio, a fire pit and a small group of palm trees. ETA: There is now a fifth bedroom with it's own bathroom on the top floor. This is the master bedroom. This house is full.
♢ HOME
ADDRESS: 3 Auradon Avenue
RESIDENTS: Declan Lynch
DESCRIPTION: Declan's DC townhouse. Two stories, three bedrooms, fairly unassuming. The interior is very bland tasteful, with light wood floors and modern appliances in identical brushed metal finishes, and the rooms are all painted in light neutral tones. Has a deck and a small yard space in back and a garage. There's a small balcony off the master bedroom, which also has a pull-down ladder to the attic where he hides his trauma. The house of someone in need of a personality.
♢ HOME
ADDRESS: 4 Auradon Avenue
RESIDENTS: Evie Grimhilde
DESCRIPTION: Exterior Shot Here but minus the sign out front. It has five bedrooms, one master bathroom, two guest bathrooms, one large kitchen with dining room and a deep dry storage cabinet, one large living room, one powder room, a sun room/greenhouse, and about three acres of land surrounding it.
♢ HOUSE BENEVIENTO
ADDRESS: 8 Miranda Lane
RESIDENTS: Donna Beneviento
DESCRIPTION: An imposing estate that looks...perhaps less than inviting, House Beneviento has stood the test of time in a surprising way. Inside, the two-story House isn't AS eerie at first blush- if a bit cold - old woods and stonework; at least, not until you go down the old elevator and, past the study and storage rooms, get to the room that appears to be an emptied-out autopsy facility. Or the stone staircase down to the old well. Or the (nonworking) puzzle doors to get to the bedroom and kitchen. It's a very strange house...but there's nothing to fear here. So long as you are welcome, of course. if you aren't, you may wanna avoid the potted yellow flowers.
♢ BIRD LEG CABIN
ADDRESS: 11 Cauldron Lake Street
RESIDENTS: Mister Scratch, Alan Wake, Alice Wake
DESCRIPTION: A beautiful wooden two-story cabin that looks just a little bit out of place - normally on a little island in the middle of a lake, being at the end of a driveway almost makes it look like it got up, walked over, and re-nested there. The interior is cozy and well-built, with a simple kitchen and a bedroom suite upstairs. There is an office off the bedroom, with an empty desk at the window. It would all be really cute, if it weren't so dark in there.
♢ SERENITY
ADDRESS: 101 Hera Drive
RESIDENTS: River Tam, Jayne Cobb, Fulton Reed
DESCRIPTION: Midbulk transport, standard radion-accelerator core, classcode 03-K64, "Firefly" class ship Serenity Exterior Serenity Interior Serenity Map
♢ HOME
ADDRESS: 4 Way Fog
RESIDENTS: Jake Park
DESCRIPTION: A very simple trailer that looks better on the inside than it does the outside. It contains a single bedroom, a small kitchen, an equally small bathroom, and what could pass as a living room.
♢ STEPHEN'S RESIDENCE
ADDRESS: 1164 Morning Glory Circle
RESIDENTS: Tabatha Stephens, Johnny Lawrence.
DESCRIPTION: Exterior shot. A quaint, two story ranch home with a fenced in back yard, complete with gazebo and brick patio. The interior, first floor, has a small office, kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area, and a large sitting room with fireplace. The back yard can be accessed through the living room and the kitchen door leads to the driveway and two car garage.
The second floor has one bathroom, one master bedroom with its own bathroom, a guest room, and Tabatha's bedroom.
♢ THE FAIR WROUGHT HOUSE
ADDRESS: Fair Wrought House Lane
RESIDENTS: Zoey Westen
DESCRIPTION: Zoey’s multi-story home sits on a cul-de-sac, and on the outside it looks like a plain, almost nondescript brick warehouse – the sort that has been converted into a home. There are plenty of windows to let in plenty of light. The inside is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room and plenty of rooms. One of the rooms with a high enough ceiling has aerial silks up in it. At the centre of the building is a courtyard, filled with gardens. (Thanks to her travels around the multiverse, she's learned a great many things; including how to use wards/runes/etc for protection on her house.) Living Room, Sitting Room, Bedroom (up the iron and wood spiral staircase). Bedroom, Bedroom, Bathroom, Bath, Study, Library, Windowseat.
♢ KAVINSKY MANSION
ADDRESS: 1 Prokopenko Lane
RESIDENTS: Joseph Kavinsky
DESCRIPTION: Exterior. The mansion is two floors and vast, including at least three bedrooms and four bathrooms, a large kitchen, a spacious living room, a basement with a home theater, and a medium-sized backyard, fenced in with a lovely patio.
♢ THE MÁNI HEIM
ADDRESS: 73 Beacon Street
RESIDENTS: Lydia Martin, Shadow Moon
DESCRIPTION:Converted abandoned factory. The exterior has a commercial look with a storefront and large windows while the interior carries the industrial look, exposed brick, and beams throughout. Within, a mix of retro, modern, and minimalist designs outlines the living spaces. The first floor is divided between the main living areas (living room, kitchen, dining, and bathroom) with stairs to a second level. On the second floor, a private outdoor courtyard can be accessed along with a small corridor leading to a seating area--all visible from the first floor. The enclosed courtyard and seating area obstruct the view from the main floor of an indoor training facility (complete with a little play area), a guest bedroom, and a bathroom along with another set of stairs to a third floor. On the third level are a nursery, a bathroom, and the master bedroom with one last staircase for closed-in roof access. The courtyard also contains a staircase leading to the third-floor space.

Housing Name: The Herald's Rest
Address: 491 Skyhold Road
Residents: Cole
Description Front of Building - Back of Building - Ground Floor - Second Floor - Alcove Room (On second floor)

A finely constructed two-story tavern building stands at the end of a street, hewn brick and stone and well-cut lumber. A metal sign out front declares the building the "Herald's Rest Tavern," but most of the trappings of an actual functional tavern didn't make it into this plane of existence, instead reconfigured somewhat into a living space that could probably comfortably accommodate a small group of people.

The interior is warm, wooden, and homey - a stone fireplace standing in the center of the ground floor and extending upward through to the roof. There's a kitchen on the first floor and plenty of space for making one comfortable, and the second floor overlooks the first, the floor open in the center to allow the brickwork chimney lots of room to breathe. On this second floor there is a windowed alcove, a nice spot for sitting and reading.

All the way up the stairs there is also an open attic - but it's mostly suitable for storage, and some even suspect it might be haunted....
